Teleperformance Cebu Gives Back to the Community

Here’s an important life lesson: no matter how tough you think your life is there’s always someone who has to face challenges that are even tougher than yours. And it goes in many different directions. Not only basic things like making money, getting food, or having a place to rest at night, but also the likelihood of taking part in some innovative projects or getting proper education.


Giving employees an avenue to give back is important to morale and builds a collaborative and inspired team. This, as Teleperformance Cebu Banking Vertical, held an Outreach Program to underprivileged kids last December 17, 2016 at the Lugaw Project, located in Poblacion, Talisay City, Cebu .


About All 60 plus kids had their first Christmas party supported by Teleperformance. According to Glenn Valencia, Director of Operations of Teleperformance, the Outreach Program is a way to give back to the community and is a part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility. “When your employees love what they’re doing, they do a better job, which is why we are here”, he added.
